Цели урока
Образовательная: активизация и совершенствование словарного запаса учащихся по теме «Where to go in the city ?», навыков чтения; построение на его основе речевого образца собственных высказываний; формирование умения прогнозирование содержание текста, поискового чтения.
Развивающие: развитие учебно-организационные умения и навыки (взаимоконтроль, самоконтроль); развитие способности чтения, аудирования, письма.
Воспитательные: воспитание познавательной инициативы обучающихся, интереса к предмету.

Учебник Spotlight 6 Ю.Е. Ваулина, Дж. Дули
Электронная презентация в программе “Power Point”
Раздаточный материал (тестовое задание), картинки.

Hello guys. My name is Nellya Leonidovna. I’m glad to see you. Today I will give you an English lesson. Tell me about yourself.

(Ученики повторяют слова за учителем хором и индивидуаль¬но, затем называют места, изображенные на картинках.
Учащиеся по очереди описывают картинки, учитель помогает по мере необходимости.

— In picture A there’s a park. It’s summer. The trees and grass are green. A girl and a boy are sitting by the lake.
— In picture В a man is exercising at the gym. The man looks strong. He is wearing a sports suit.
— In picture C a group of people are watching a play at the theatre. I think the play is interesting because there are no empty seats. We can see the actors on the stage.
— In picture D I can see a stadium. It’s empty.
— In picture E we can see a couple at a fast food restaurant. They’re ordering food. I think they like the restaurant because they’re smiling.
— In picture F a girl is looking for books in the library. There are a lot of books on the shelves in front of the girl.)
