My Favorite Holiday.
My favorite holiday is Eid Al-fitr, which is one of the two most important Islamic celebrations. It’s celebrated after the holy month of Ramadan. People wear their best clothes and decorate their homes. On the first day of Eid, they go to mosques early in the morning to pray the Eid prayer and listen to a short sermon given by the Imam. After the prayer, they congratulate each other and say some common greetings such as: EId mubarak "Blessed Eid" or "Happy Eid". People give gifts to their nieces, nephew, and other little kids even if its not their family, because Eid al Fitr isn’t just about family, but every Muslim
